Keep standing with your knees flexed.
Now play with your foot and the weight
of your body.
Became aware of a triangle, start in
the middle of the heel up to the lower bone of the big toe, across
to the lower bone of the little toe, and back down to the heel.
Change the support of your body to feel
each one of the points of this triangle.
Start with the right foot.
Each one you use more? Each one you
have difficulty to use like support?
Try to fix you spine, to put it relax.
Relax your shoulder and don’t forget
to breath.
Band your rigth leg up, feel your body
now.
Change the heigth of the points of the
triangle.......(5 minutes)
Band your left leg up, and do the same.
..... (5 Minutes)
Start to walk slowly, without open your
eyes.
Try to feel a triangle in your in your
foot.
And try to keep your body on all that
six points.
Don’t forget to keep your knees flex.
Feel the song. Allow the music enter
in your blood and command your movement.
Try to make all your body relax. Shake
a little bit all your joints.
