Basic Exercises - Grounding 1
Stand, open your legs, in the same direction
of your arms.
Visualize a triangle in the sole of
your feet.
Keep your knees band.

Feel the weight of your body in this triangle.

Move the weight of your body on each point.

Stand up your left leg, keep your body in only
one feet. Try to feel how you split the weight of your body in the three
points of your feet triangle.

Repeat with your right leg.

Feel the triangles in your floor again. Try
to feel if your feel different now.

Walk feeling and playing with your triangles
and the weight of your body.

Don't forget breathing and keep your knees band.
