Basic Exercises - Breathing 1
Lie down and feel your breathing feel the air
come in cold and exhale out hot. When you are exhaling focus your energy
in the tension spots of the body. Using the breath to exhale
all the toxins.

Put your hand on your belly inhaling a deep
full breath into the belly, and exhaling while you channelize the energy
for your lower lung.

Put your hand on the center of your chest. Inhaling
a deep breath and feel up the rib cage.

Now relax your arms by your body and fill up
the top of your lungs. Noticing the relaxation of the shoulders.

Now inhale a deep slow breath allowing
it to slowly enter into the belly up into the rib cage, and into
the chest, finally reaching the shoulders.
